AAI Junior Executive and Manager Selection Process
AAI will conduct a Computer Based Test to select candidates. The test will have objective-type questions, and AAI will not deduct marks for wrong answers. After the CBT, AAI will check the application and documents. AAI will also conduct an Interview for Manager posts. Candidates who apply for the Manager post must also pass the Physical Measurement Test Driving Test and Physical Endurance Test. Candidates who pass all these stages will get the final selection.
