Railway Apprentice Recruitment Age Limit
Applicants should be at least 15 years old. The maximum age limit is 24 years. Age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates as per government rules.

Railway Apprentice Recruitment Selection Process
Selection will be done only through a merit list. Marks obtained in Class 10 and ITI will be considered while preparing the merit list. The final merit list will be prepared based on the average percentage of marks secured in both qualifications. No written examination or interview will be conducted for this recruitment process. Candidates whose names appear in the merit list will be called for document verification before the final selection.

Candidates from General, OBC and EWS categories have to pay the application fee. Female candidates and reserved category applicants do not need to pay any fee.

Stipend Details of the Railway Apprentice Vacancy
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend during the apprenticeship training period. The stipend amount will be paid as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and the rules issued by the Railway authorities from time to time. Candidates will be eligible to receive the prescribed stipend only after joining and completing the required training as per the apprenticeship guidelines.
